Ever wonder how it is we know, without question, from somewhere within ourselves that there is truth in these blog?. I am always amazed when I read Nadia's writing and I think to myself, you know, I know this but what happened? How did I forget the simple truths of our lives? How many people did it take in our lives to make us feel unloved, unworthy, not needed or in need of need. Did it take one, two, three, four people to grow this in ourselves? Then I wonder, how many would it take to help us get back to us? Can Nadia alone do it? I would love to say yes but Nadia is like a catalyst but what happens if we do not start to embrace and then propel what it is we learn from her, ourselves, our angels, Christ, God?

Imagine this...
Let's say that 100 people read this blog and in the next week, some how or another we all encounter either ourselves or someone else that needs to be reminded that they can say "no", so you tell them, hey... you are allowed to say no and then you send a link to today’s blog. Now two people have told them they can say no. To get on the boat, I will add to it... you can say no. It is perfectly ok to say no. To quote a dear friend, to say yes when you mean no is not being truthful and when we are not be being truthful to ourselves, we perpetuate more un-truths, until one day we wake up and we don’t even know how to tell the truth, recognize the truth or believe the truth.

Now, that person heard it from 3 people, Nadia, you and me.

It is our job to propel to others. Now if we take this multiple it by 100 people and those people learn to say no, then they teach someone it is ok and send them this link, then that equals... get the picture?

Ok, I am just rambling my thoughts of the day. :)

Nadia,

This is exactly the message I needed to read while I am listening to the news. :)

Thank you for always reminding us the power for change is within each of us. It is so easy to forget that no matter how things look, how little we feel, we can still make a difference in our own lives and inadvertently, the lives around us.

Can't wait to see you tomorrow night. :)
